Editorial Workflow

From manuscript submission to final publication

This workflow explains how a paper moves through the journal system, who reviews each stage, and what output is expected before publication.

  • Author details and affiliation metadata
  • Supporting files (figures, tables, supplementary materials)
  • Revised manuscript versions when required
Final Publication Output
  • Editorially accepted and reviewer-cleared manuscript
  • Copyedited and layout-formatted final version
  • Issue allocation (volume, issue, publication date)
  • Public listing in current/back issues and archive record
