This workflow explains how a paper moves through the journal system, who reviews each stage, and what output is expected before publication.
What Authors Submit
- Manuscript file (with complete title, abstract, and references)
- Author details and affiliation metadata
- Supporting files (figures, tables, supplementary materials)
- Revised manuscript versions when required
Final Publication Output
- Editorially accepted and reviewer-cleared manuscript
- Copyedited and layout-formatted final version
- Issue allocation (volume, issue, publication date)
- Public listing in current/back issues and archive record

The author submits the manuscript, metadata, and supporting files using the online portal.

Initial Editorial Screening
Owner: Managing Editor / EIC
Editors validate scope, originality checks, submission completeness, and policy compliance.

Reviewer Assignment
Owner: Managing Editor
The paper is assigned to qualified reviewers based on subject expertise and availability.

Peer Review and Recommendations
Owner: Reviewer
Reviewers assess quality, novelty, and methodology, then submit comments and recommendation.

Editorial Decision
Owner: EIC / Managing Editor
Based on reviews, the manuscript is accepted, returned for minor/major revision, or rejected.

Revision and Final Manuscript Approval
Owner: Author / Editors
Authors submit corrected versions, and editors verify that all required revisions are addressed.
7
Copyediting, Layout, Publication and Archiving
Owner: Layout Artist / Journal Office
Approved papers are formatted, proofed, assigned to issue metadata, published online, and archived for long-term access.
Note: Timeline duration depends on review availability, revision quality, and final issue scheduling.
